This flagship store on Lambton Quay showcases Vodafone's products and services helping to position them as the communications leader in an increasingly connected world.
The overall design concept works on the principle of... less is more. The aesthetic is intentionally clean, simple and slick. Elements are stripped back delivering information in an organised and easily understood format through creation of specific zones within the store.
The layout is flexible and future-proofed. The design incorporates development of a modular wall system allowing for seamless change out of displays with zero impact to store operation. Mid-floor units create the heart of the store, generating a buzz around new products and encouraging customers to try out the live handsets and tablets.
Brand in retail is neither the poster on the wall nor the logo over the entrance. It is the integration of a clear philosophy in the planning principles which inform the store design and layout. By making the customers feel special, by giving them confidence in the service, by inspiring them with the product, the new design makes customers feel passionate about the total Vodafone retail experience.
