Designed with the nautically inspired in mind - 363 Karaka Bay Road represents fine seaside living.
The townhouses are generously proportioned with approximately 160m² of floor area plus exterior decks, parking and storage. The living, dining and kitchen areas make the most of the panoramic sea views with large windows and exterior decks soaking up the view.
The style is contemporary with a nautical influence. Exterior materials are plaster, weatherboard, corrugated aluminium and stainless steel.
The townhouses have been carefully proportioned to provide each one with individuality as well as maximising the views, daylight and privacy.
Careful attention went into the modulation of the form of the building to create a building that would fit comfortably with its neighbours and with the special coastal environment in which it is located.
The design is eye catching yet it feels comfortable within its surroundings, taking its inspiration from the eclectic mix of seaside homes that are Karaka Bay.
